Who should you take ITIL Foundation training?

  Government/Contractors: Competing/Soliciting for Federal IT requirements?  Most IT RFPs released by the Government contain minimum requirements for ITIL certifications for personnel to achieve an outstanding rating in the evaluation criteria.  Many require that the solution be based on ITIL best practices. 
Contractors: Don't wait until Red Team to get your solutions architect and technical leads up to speed.  Government: Don't depend on just RFIs and contractor input.

  Public Sector: Private industry is also quickly recognizing the ROI for an ITIL investment in key processes—60% of CIOs are working with ITIL: primarily in Incident and Configuration Management.
