After graduation from West Point, Bryson was commissioned as a US Army officer in the Signal Corps.  He began his teaching career in 2003 as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) instructor and has taught a wide range of subject material since: ISO 9001 Quality Management, ITIL, strategic management, and Lean Six Sigma.  He currently is the acting CTO of a large defense contractor in the Washington DC area.

Favorite ITIL Experience:

Built a department to manage the lifecycle and procurement of all IT assets, software and contracts ($100M) for a global organization.  Developed policies, procedures, work instructions and a management system in Remedy to enable successful configuration, change and financial management to deploy to 28 major sites in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia which cumulatively saved the company $15M over the 5 year business plan.
